At Great Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making your return process as seamless as your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the original, unworn items with tags attached into the shipping box and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
